My work wants me to sign a document saying I will not write anything bad about the company I work for on social networking sites or say anything bad abouttjem in a public setting. Is this legal can I be fired if I refuse to sign this?Can my work sensor what I write on social networking sites from my own computer?
Duh! even Generals get fired for saying bad things about their bosses in public.
Companies do not hire people to say bad things about them, at least while their working.
I'm thinking they can require you to sign the statement, but I also thing you can sign it under protest. If you hate the company, maybe its time to move on to another job.
