If you constantly break a social networking site terms of service, can legal action be taken against you?

If you constantly break a social networking site terms of service, can legal action be taken against you?

I ask because I know some people who post nude photos of themselves online that is against some sites TOS. What if they keep doing it over and over again? If you constantly break a social networking site terms of service, can legal action be taken against you?
The 'Terms of Service' are not civi or criminal law,

the are the private rules of a private endeavor.

They can bar you from the site, (suspend service),

for breaking them. That's about it.

With something like photos, it might be up to other users to report the violation.

(I'd guess that only ugly nudes would be reported.)
