How is facebook any different than my space and other social networking sites?

im just curious to what lead facrbook to its popularity and massive success...when facebook came out there had allraedy been sites with simular formats, so how does facebook bring anything new to the tablle in terms of social networking?How is facebook any different than my space and other social networking sites?
facebook is awsome coz you can do so mch more than other websites and plus all the people on facebook has to do a human test before they can register which mean not too many spam websites.How is facebook any different than my space and other social networking sites?
There actually not too many differences between them, MySpace and Facebook are basically both social websites. The only differences are the homepage layouts, what you can do on the site, mail, request controlling, and you're able to customize your page on MySpace. Although I did hear MySpace and Facebook were joining.How is facebook any different than my space and other social networking sites?
its not really that different than myspace and other social networks besides the way its set up. Most people find facebook much easier to use but i guess it depends on you.
