What is the Procedure of Creating Wireless networking?

i have a 200 Computer. Network 100 computer in 1st building and 55 Computer in 2nd Building and 45 computer in 3rd building. I have IBM Server Please give me suggetion. and pricedure of wireless networking.What is the Procedure of Creating Wireless networking?
1. Create a common profile in your server using your wireless software/ windows wireless configuration .
-to access the windows configuration start-%26gt;connect to -%26gt; wireless configuration
2. Then create a profile either in windows or by your wireless software
3.then search for the profiles in each of your host and then click connect to be connected in your profile.
4. Make sure that all are connected to same profile.
5. Then you can share the files by knowing the ip address of computer (to do it start%26gt;run%26gt;then type this //ip address)
6.you can also create network setup wizard by start %26gt;network connection%26gt;then click setup a network wizard and create a network setup of your own.
7. Then you can find all other computers shared.What is the Procedure of Creating Wireless networking?
to do this properly a wireless network should never run directly on your LAN its better to have a seperate broadband connection that you share and then use a VPN product such as iRas to connect to your LAN via a secure connection.



Or you could just hang a wireless access point off of each router in the vacinity of the offices - you may need to add extra wireless points if the office is very large - once this is done just implement your wireless security. this method though does mean if anyone is able to get onto your wireless network they are on your LAN of course, but using the VPN method means workers can connect from anywhere in the world as long as they have valid credentials.
