Is Computer networking or Computer Programming a good career choice?

Hey! im 18 and im a seniro in High School! and im thinking about goin to a 2 year college for computer networking! I was just wondering! what type of skills does this course reqiuire and what type of Math skills! Is it easy to find a job?Is Computer networking or Computer Programming a good career choice?
You'll need intermediate math and science skills for that type of education track.



My suggestion would be to go to a 4 year college and get an actual degree in computer science and specialize in networking.



Seriously, you will have a hard time competing with 4 year degree holders that live in India and will work as outsourced labor for a quarter of the pay that you would consider a fair salary. You need a 4 year degree yourself to compete.
